Company well being.
By applying a welfare model that is unusual among Italian companies within the sector,
Bonassisa Lab has invested heavily in the balance between production and its human resources,
between profit and quality of life within the company.
A canteen that offers healthy foods, offering employees an opportunity for sharing and not just for
refreshment. A children’s playroom, mainly intended for employees' children but also to welcome any guests;
a gym which will open soon; a garden, with roses growing in some areas, that surrounds the main office building.
A series of intangible measures - such as the setting up of an art gallery with the works of painter and sculptor
Salvatore Lovaglio –
sculptor Salvatore Lovaglio – displayed to ensure that the employee's stay in the company is above all
comfortable, answering to the rule of ‘he who recognises himself in the places where he spends most of his
time, finds himself within himself’.

Sustainable business.
Bonassisa Lab reflects the belief of its C.E.O., Lucia Bonassisa, and her very
personal idea of sharing the good that comes from the company, that belief that everything cannot and
should not be just about profit and production, but that one’s identity should be validated.
That company, which in some way holds the (professional) destiny of over 80 employees. That of the people
who work there, because they are and remain the ‘added value’ of a place that collectively contributes to
achieving the results achieved

Employee of the year 2019

Charity.
In 2019, the
Fondazione Bambini in Emergenza (Children in Emergency Foundation) created an innovative
long-distance adoption project: “Become their family”. Through the “ARCA” web platform, the donor can
have access to areas dedicated to each individual child: photos, videos, information on his/her health,
on the expenses covered by the donations. One can also adopt the child in the role of parent,
grandfather, brother or friend, to create a family around the children, albeit at a distance.
A live, permanently available chat with those responsible completes this unique project.
Bonassisa Lab has been supporting Bambini in Emergenza since 2018, and immediately joined the
"Become their family” project, adopting a little girl, and confirming both its commitment to social causes
and its intention to act as a mouthpiece and protagonist of innovation.
